Meet Cevat
Sales Director
Born in London to Northern Cypriot parents, Cevat our Sales Director has over 17 years of experience in North Cyprus property.
Splitting his time between Esentepe and London, Cevat has built an expert knowledge base of the current property market, as well as a thorough understanding of the legalities, costs and common pitfalls involved in buying real estate in North Cyprus.
Whilst Cevat’s background gives him special insights into the culture and market of Northern Cyprus, he also has the personal experience of buying and living in Esentepe as an expat Londoner.
This puts him in a unique position to consult as an expert for international clients looking to buy property in Northern Cyprus, always acting in the best interests of his clients by remaining completely independent of any developers.
